I found Lamborghini Dallas as a result of a Porsche Turbo they had listed on Ebay. I had actually discovered the car when it was owned (and for sale) by the previous owner, who then traded the car in on a us they had listed on Ebay. I emailed after hours and was quickly (within an hour) emailed back by John Hrad who was nothing but helpful, attentive, and professional. This was my first time buying a car without ever seeing it in person but given John's willingness to walk me through the car's in-and-outs and also setup and deliver the car for the PPI (at a vendor of my choosing), I knew I was working with true class act, "car guys". This was also my first time financing a vehicle and that is where Louie and John were able to work with together (and with me) to get the necessary information provided to my CU. Louie and John both answered emails(and the occasional phone call) immediately and made me feel as though I were buying a brand new car and not one that was 9 years old. I can say, without question, that I would happily buy another vehicle from John and would recommend him and Lamborghini Dallas to friends and family. Never did I feel like I was being "sold". Tim McKenna is very pleasant and friendly to work with, but most of all, he was very patient with me. That first Saturday, he could have easily wrote me off as a tire-kicker, but he spent the majority of h but most of all, he was very patient with me. When I purchase high-end autos, I will normally get a Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) from a 3rd party. However, I have heard from many different sources that Mike Luongo is _the_ expert in all things Lamborghini (and Ferrari, and Porsche!). Given that, what do you do now? Well, you speak to Mike Luongo directly, of course! Mike is also very pleasant and friendly to work with. And like Tim, Mike spent a great deal of time answering my questions and providing information. He gained my trust and I felt that a PPI was no longer necessary. Took my car in for a major service and could not be happier. All the guys there are very friendly and helpful everytime I am there. As a first time Lamborghini buyer, it was important to me to find a dealer that was patient, competent and of the highest integrity. I did my research on various car forums and the Lamborghini Dallas dealers to find a dealer that was patient, competent and of the highest integrity. I did my research on various car forums and the Lamborghini Dallas dealership kept coming up on top. And for good reason. Besides having the largest stock of new and used cars to choose from, I could tell as soon as I spoke to them (and my sales rep John Hrad) that this was where I was buying from. I spent the better part of the spring and summer waiting for just the right car to show up, all the time emailing back and forth with John about this or that. He always responded promptly and with the information I needed. He didn't know me in the slightest and for all he knew I could have just been wasting his time but he never failed to be courteous and responsive. THAT is how a professional does it. So just last week my dream car showed up and we made the deal. The gave me a fair market value for my trade and a good price on my new Lambo. When the car arrived it was everything John said it would be and more. It's a leap of faith of buy a used car from a far away dealership from pictures alone but I trusted LOD and John and was rewarded with a GREAT car. Five starts across the board from a happy customer and highly recommend them! More
