Buyer beware! Check and make sure all keys, carpets, manuals are available/included before signing a contract for a pre owned car. How can a luxury car be sold with a lone electronic key fob? BMW wants $800 to program a second fob- and I’m told I have to pay on my own to get the replacement key. Sales person Julian falsely stated that he disclosed the missing key before I signed the contract. When confronted on a 1:1 call, changed the story completely... Unethical behavior; can’t be trusted. A manager was supposed to call me to address this issue, but that didn’t happen. Not responsive, nor accountable. Not at all trustworthy. I wish I could give them a 0/5 rating. Follow-up. After posting my review, received a message from the ‘owner’ asking me to call to get this issue resolved. Called, and was directed to a voicemail for sales manager Rich. No response. 3 weeks out. Sales person Julian responded saying he now has the mats and the manual. Reached out twice to collect them. Today, he says I don’t have anything for you. How else can I help you?! He promised us ‘white glove service’. Didn’t realize that meant you can’t reach him. Go figure. Stay clear, my friends. This dealership is a bunch of xxxxx and thieves. More

This was my first time bringing my truck in for service and I was very please with the customer service I received. Joe Rasone was my service advisor and I am very happy with the assistance he provided, I and I was very please with the customer service I received. Joe Rasone was my service advisor and I am very happy with the assistance he provided, I appreciated how he took the time to review everything with me. He arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced. I was also surprised at how quickly my service was completely. I was very happy to see how clean my truck was when I picked it up and even more happy when I drove it home. My truck has been running great and have not experienced any issues, which is the point of brining it in for service, but I am also confident that if I run into any issues, I am in good hands with Joe and his team.
