Land Rover Hoffman Estates has been the best overall dealership experience I've had which includes the Mercedes, BMW and Jaguar dealerships that I deal with.
I've bought many parts and accessories for my Range Rover Evoque and Jeff Thomason, Parts Manager, has been very helpful, professional and courteous whenever I'm there to purchase parts. Always on top of things and letting me know right away once the part arrives. In fact his entire parts department crew (Erik and Adam) has been excellent to deal with. When I can't figure out how to install a part, I would give the parts department a call and they have always been helpful to give advise. Definitely give them a try.
I also want to give kudos to Ty Cobb (Service Manager) and the service department. From making the first initial appointment to picking up the car afterwards, I have full trust that my car is taken care of once the service is completed. Ty, Mike and Rudy always have time to explain in detail what needs to be done. For example, when I was having my 3rd year brake fluid flush done, I asked Mike if I would need a power steering flush at the same time and Mike and Ty mentioned my power steering is electric and needs no fluid. Some dealership might have taken advantage of that.
I also have to give a thumbs up to the general manager Jon, the sales team (Sean and Adam), the finance manager Jessica and the ladies at the front desk.
Since my purchase of my Evoque in Nov of 2011, I have nothing but praise for the entire team at Land Rover of Hoffman Estates. Whenever I'm there, everyone (from management to porters) makes you feel welcome whether it's a quick smile and hello in passing or have the time to chat and listen if you have any concerns about your vehicle. Keep up the good work!
