For me this garage has been going downhill for years, we have had 2 Range Rovers from here and now when you walk in, I feel I get ignored. I've sent emails about new cars to buy and get no response and the have had 2 Range Rovers from here and now when you walk in, I feel I get ignored. I've sent emails about new cars to buy and get no response and the final kicker is that we just took our car in for a service as requested and was told it's $600, when I prepaid for all my services as part of the lease. They tell my wife that it's not really needed and if we're handing the car back in 3 months they wouldn't bother, I mean what sort of show are they running. Not to mention they canceled the service date on us as well due to lack loaners the evening before and have now completely wasted my wife's morning. It seems the garage is now more interested in their Instagram account and followers, than real loyal customers. Very disappointed. More
