In the past 2 months I think we had the car for a week. The commination was poor; we had too continually call for updates, are messages were not timely answered. We had one woman call telling us her mechanic said the car needed an O2 sensor. The next call said the car needed an auxiliary battery. When I asked about the sensor, I was asked who told you that, I told him a woman called my wife, I was told that wasn't correct. Put in the auxiliary battery, the check engine light was still on so $1200 later I was told the car needed O2 sensors and catalytic converters. I agreed to the O2 sensors but not the converter. I tried to get an update, I finally stopped by the dealership found out the car was finished but the check engine light was till on. I paid the bill and picked up the car with no intention of returning. More
