Extremely disappointing customer service. I scheduled an appointment to diagnose a check engine light and specifically chose the option to wait until the diagnostic was complete. I did not request a loaner, rental, drop-off, or pick-up. Despite this, I received a call directing me to simply drop off the vehicle, which was not what I agreed to. I had no expectation that the repair would be completed that day--I even arranged a ride home if necessary--but I scheduled the appointment for 8:00 AM so I could comfortably wait for the diagnosis. Unfortunately, neither the service coordinator nor the service manager seemed to understand this. Their approach was disorganized and antagonistic. If you have the option, I strongly recommend visiting another Land Rover service facility. More

Jordan is outstanding. Have serviced my LR here for 4 hrs. Wanted to purchase a CPO and Lee was the go-to sales person. Mission accomplished!
