Bought from out of state so it may be different in person, but not the best experience. Dealer kept giving me different numbers than we were discussing, and every time he’d fix one number, something e person, but not the best experience. Dealer kept giving me different numbers than we were discussing, and every time he’d fix one number, something else would suddenly be changed. He said it was an “accident,” but with how often it happened, it was either intentional or the salesperson didn’t know what he was doing. Then when we were close to finalizing everything, “Sorry! Just sold the car.” Then they came back a couple days later saying it fell through. It’s really poor business to sell something when you’re that close to selling to someone else, and even worse to say it’s sold when it isn’t final. Then, being out of state, they wanted to charge $2000 to have someone drive the car to me. In other words, they wanted me to pay for them to add even more miles to the car. I found a shipping company that would load it onto a truck and bring it to me for FAR cheaper. We eventually worked out all the details and came to a good agreement, but man that was a rollercoaster getting there. Ultimately happy with the final purchase, but a little disappointed with the customer service during the sale process. More
