We were contacted in a timely manner. We purchased the vehicle, signed paperwork while it was gone to be detailed. After signing, was told it would be an additional three hour wait for the detail. Pretty vehicle, signed paperwork while it was gone to be detailed. After signing, was told it would be an additional three hour wait for the detail. Pretty disappointing, considering the truck is covered in dog hair on the interior. I was told to bring it by sometime and they would vacuum it (not detail now). We live 80 miles away, so not really convenient at all. Also requested a hitch adapter. Part # 68165918AA, these come standard with the trucks (retail $30). Did not get that either! Immediately upon walking toward the truck I said it has a low tire and was told, No I just checked the air pressure and it was fine. Within 10 miles down the interstate the low air lights are on!!! When I get home I checked them.....30 pounds in three tires and 20 pounds in the fourth tire!!! They are rated for 80 pounds. So needless to say at this point the experience was very disappointing. I was emailed by the dealership as a follow up, I replied back with the above comments. No communication since. Seems as though a signature was as far as customer service goes. Great communication up to that point. More
