Terrible service. Charged an undisclosed diagnostic fee. I only asked to know if car part was in stock and an estimate on repair. They Said to repair an interior door handle would cost $700. Perhaps they need more knowledgeable service technicians. Also - took 3 hours to look at a handle and say it was broken.Do not take your vehicle here - every interaction I have had with them has been deceptive. More

The tag title and tax was supposed to be included in the sale and it was told to us in finance that it was. This is exactly what you would expect when it comes to service. Took me a couple clicks to make the appointment at the time I wanted. I didn't use the pick up service but what a great idea! Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and I was in and out in 15 minutes no exaggeration and they also pointed out some damage I didn't notice and gave me a Mopar quote and a recommendation for a cheaper option. I have no complaints and I live over 2 hours away and happened to be in the city and glad I made the choice to stop and get things done there. This is 100% honesty and almost unbelievable. More
