Sold me a lemon law car (2020 red jeep gladiator sport that now has around 2,614 miles had 12 when I bought it new) and refused to give me my tag, title, tax paperwork to get my money back on a brand new that now has around 2,614 miles had 12 when I bought it new) and refused to give me my tag, title, tax paperwork to get my money back on a brand new car. Now they're saying they didn't lemon law the vehicle and put it as a trade in. Straight lied to my face and lied on the paperwork. They took off 4-5 trips I was up there with the vehicle in with service because they made no money on those visits or so they said (i drove up there 7-8 times within the 3 months due to the issues with the vehicle). They're refusing to give me paperwork for those times when I was up there saying they'd email them to me and never did. Only had the vehicle for 3 months and it was nothing but problems within 12 hours of owning it. Noone trades in a vehicle after 3 months of ownership they lemon law it especially when the dealership can't even fix the hunk of junk they sold you. I highly recommend going to somewhere else for jeep. #Worst dealership in the state More
After speaking with 3 different people over a service request I gave up on trying. Staff was knowledgeable on cars, at one point the service person who was checking me in reported “I don’t know what that request I gave up on trying. He had no idea what I wanted done until I explained it in the simplest terms. For a dealership they honestly sucked more than normal. I wanted to speak with a Technician and apparently that is unheard of. More
