They sent me unsigned Title then i send it back it took 10 days to recieve that title. Horrible dealer do not recommend anyone. Their finance director was awesome and so was Marcellous who did the deal on my used Lexus. Erin is top notch. Delivered our new truck to north Edmond and took my car back to the dealership for us to help us out that day. More
I bought a Jeep Wrangler here. I am happy with the vehicle. However, I was very clear when I asked them to run my credit only 1 time. They ran it 6 times!! I communicated this to them and nobody e vehicle. However, I was very clear when I asked them to run my credit only 1 time. They ran it 6 times!! I communicated this to them and nobody ever got back to me. Also, they got me a rate of 5.5% which they said I would need to buy GAP insurance to get that rate. They sold me this insurance for $1500!! I went to Tinker and got myself a 3.2% rate and they said I could buy GAP or not but their price for GAP is $399!!!! I feel like they are a little underhanded in the finance department. This was too far off to just be an oversight. More

I would have given a good rating but there have been a few things that have left a bad taste in my mouth. From the initial purchase, the sales person Mitch was great but when it came down to the sales ma few things that have left a bad taste in my mouth. From the initial purchase, the sales person Mitch was great but when it came down to the sales manager, we felt extremely low balled with our trade in and that games were being played, which we understand that that’s their job, to get the most out of the sale so we weren’t as mad about that. But then after the purchase, the amount is text messages and emails with surveys is insane!! And then I brought my Jeep in to get the windows tinted and it took a lot longer than expected, which again I understand since it was the beginning of Covid but giving proper expectations when you don’t have any loner vehicles and during a crisis when people already feel uncomfortable being out in public anyway would have helped . And then again afterwards, the amount of surveys I got were insane! I already completed many that were sent with pretty positive feedback but when you send multiple surveys, it makes it feel like you don’t actually care about the feedback and are fishing for a higher score (in my opinion) . Please stop sending multiple surveys to your customers and focus on the behaviors that actually get you good scores instead of asking for the 10 More
Didn't like the service in any way very unprofessional car was kept over a week wasn't offered a loaner a car had no transportation and no way of getting to work if I ever have any more car issues I would car was kept over a week wasn't offered a loaner a car had no transportation and no way of getting to work if I ever have any more car issues I would never bring my car back to Landers Jeep Dodge ever again was told that the vehicle will be fixed in a few days at most I had to pay for rides for over a week I had to call you guys everyday to find out any information about what's going on with the vehicle no one even called me to even tell me anything about repairs until the day of when the car was ready to go every times I did call I got information like well the mechanic didn't write down any notes at all and what he or she have done to the vehicle as far as repairs so I could never get any valid information on my vehicle it was a very stressful week lost a lot of hours because I wasn't able to work any overtime or anything like that because I had to call for rides and be on others time I wouldn't recommend to any other Jeep customers or Dodge customers and I know many because I was asked by friends how did it go with your service if they was to ever have car repairs and I told them as well do not come to your dealership reason for service I had a transmission ECU that needed to be reset by computer code reader so basically they just had to read program my computer More
