My issue was not resolve but Ricky did his best to get the problem handled. I had to come in 3 times to get a keyless entry key made. The first time, the system was down and my key couldn't be programme the problem handled. I had to come in 3 times to get a keyless entry key made. The first time, the system was down and my key couldn't be programmed. The second time, they thought that the key had gone bad but finally (my 3rd visit) determined that it was the electronic start that was a problem. Ricky went out of his way to get me a key from another dealer in OKC before they determined that it wasn't the key but the electronic start button that wasn't allowing the key to be programmed. He and the rest of the service staff that was dealing with me were very apologetic and wanted to do whatever it took to get the issue fixed before I had to leave the state. The issue is not fully resolved but I believe that it will be when I am in town next due to the professionalism that Ricky showed. More

Very happy with my experience at this dealership. They were very quick and efficient and VERY nice. But here are my two favorite parts: we had multiple other employees that had nothing to do with our deal were very quick and efficient and VERY nice. But here are my two favorite parts: we had multiple other employees that had nothing to do with our deal (so weren’t going to make any money off it) come up and introduce themselves and just talk to us, for no reason other than to just be nice. The other part is that they didn’t default to treating us like dumb gullible children until proved otherwise like is standard at almost every other dealership. I sold cars for years and can detect typical BS from a mile away so it’s not easy for a dealership to impress me but Landers definitely did. Very happy with the entire experience and would recommend to friends and family. More
