Bad customer service. Will use fowler next time. Needed alternator replaced and a couple of recalls done. They had my vehicle for 10 days! I was told i was scheduled for an 1130 appointment on a Mond Needed alternator replaced and a couple of recalls done. They had my vehicle for 10 days! I was told i was scheduled for an 1130 appointment on a Monday. My vehicle was there by 930. Braxton called me at 4:52 and asked what was wrong with my car. i relayed again that i needed a new alternator and had two recall that needed adressed. I alos had a couple of other things i wanted fixed if my extended warranty would cover them, if not then just the alternator and recalls. He said it would be $126 for them to look at each thing. I said i am not paying $500 for you to just look at a few things. he called me the next day and told me i needed an alternator. hmmm yep already told you that. We both agreed that the warranty would probably not cover some plastic parts that were broke on my seats and i told him to not mess with that. On the 8 th or 9th day he called and said we have your warranty and it does not cover the seats but does cover the alternator. He tells me the seat bevels are broke and it will be $126 for them looking at it. I said no, i did not authorize you to look at the seats and I already know they are broke. He said then don’t bother picking up your car and hung up on me. My husband went to the dealership amd confronted him. He said I told your wife I waived that fee. That conversation never happened!! Very sleasy sales tactics. I do have my car back am hoping he has not donesething to my vehicle More

He was very helpful and knowledgeable as he went o My husband and I purchased a Jeep Cherokee, 2019 on July 25, 2018. Our salesman was Sam Martinez. He was very helpful and knowledgeable as he went over the specifics of the car, costs, etc. We had a car to trade in. Sam explained how the trade in worked and then had us talk with Scott Elsberry the sales manager, who also explained things and was very helpful. Sam took us for a ride in the Jeep Cherokee, which we really enjoyed. As my husband wanted a turbo engine, Sam informed us it would be found...and it was! Sam was very friendly, patient and kind as we had lots of questions. We then met with A.J Ridgway, Finance Director. He explained our finance choices in detail. He was very knowledgeable and detailed. He was very nice to work with also. Sam called us on Thursday and said the car was in Norman and he even delivered it to our home. (we are old and really appreciated that!). Sam sat with us for an hour explaining the car and answering more of our questions. We had a very good experience with Landers of Norman. Recall I like the fact that you can make an appt online. They were ready for me when I arrived. The car was finished in the time it was promised.
