The customer service was good keeping me updated on the status of my service. But it took multiple visits to have the issue resolved. One visit to determine the issue, then they need to order parts. After I returned home after I picked up my truck I saw they had damaged my license plate cover on the front or my truck. They were going to check with their service department for a replacement was the last I heard from them. I suspect since the plate cover was after market they could not provide any replacement. Lesson leaned. Based on the service, we did our research and recently purchased my wife a Nissan partially based on a higher service scores and reliability issues. More
