I bought a car from Josh Walker a few months ago and he was amazing! He was the only salesman who has ever explained how the whole car buying process works! He explained everything from how my trade gets a was amazing! He was the only salesman who has ever explained how the whole car buying process works! He explained everything from how my trade gets appraised and valued, the difference between an inquiry and submittal on my credit, and then how and what fair market value is! He is the most friendliest, honest, hard working, and thoughtful salesman I’ve ever met! He told me that he works for me and not the dealership and that his service after the sale is what he takes the most pride in! Well my car had a couple of minor issues and just like during the sale he was true to his word! Even though he is always so busy, he sent a driver to get my car, left me with a loaner, got my car fixed, filled it with gas, and hand washed it himself! When he had my car ready to come home I was at work and he worked around my schedule and had my car delivered back to me like new!!! I’ve never had a salesman or a dealership go above and beyond like this for me and the best part is I didn’t lose a minute of my time! As long as Mr. Walker is there, Steve Landers CDJ will have my business for life! More

I’m not going to lie, the only reason I come to this xxxx poor dealership is because I bought from here and like to keep up with my car’s service for when I decide to trade in or sale my car. Whenever I fir poor dealership is because I bought from here and like to keep up with my car’s service for when I decide to trade in or sale my car. Whenever I first bought my car I was entitled to 2 free oil changes, I did receive the 2 free oil changes, but they would schedule it for every 5,000 miles and after my 2 free oil changes it started being scheduled every 10,000 miles and it just doesn’t make since to me. Another thing that infuriates me is that recently I came in for my car to be serviced due to a recall that’s out of my control and is supposed to be free according to the letter I received informing me of the recall, I had to pay $80 out of pocket for oil to be drained and put back in my car for you guys to run a oil consumption test. I’ve called other Jeep dealerships to compare service experience and none of the dealerships I’ve called require you to pay for a service due to a recall. Im appalled. I questioned the worker on why I had to pay considering it’s a recall and she kept rambling on with terminology I couldn’t even comprehend. When it’s time for me to get a new car, I assure you I will not be bringing my business here. Biggest waste of time and money. More

So far its been a month and 4 (hour and a half) trips to try to have an oil leak repaired. The truck still leaks oil and I am still waiting for them to schedule a day to bring the truck back to have the par try to have an oil leak repaired.
