I buy at least 10 cars a year. This was the best buying experience. The sales agent Miss Precious Warner was the best. So knowledgeable and kind she answered all of my questions. She asked all the right questions to help me pick out the perfect vehicle. She was not pushy even when I walked across the street to check out another car. She was very kind about it. I will definitely be purchasing another car from this location. The sales manager was very upfront and honest he even stayed an hour after closing to help me out. I had the opportunity to visit this dealership after experiencing some electrical problems with a vehicle purchase from another dealership. However, after having detailed and thorough dialogue with the Service Advisor, I was totally impressed when the Owner, Mr. Frank Williams took the liberty to come and meet me and gave his assurance that my vehicle would be taken care of and offered some extreme welcomed greetings that I appreciated to the utmost. It was absolutely the greatest experience at a dealership that I had ever experienced. As a result, I'm in the process of purchasing my next truck from this location. The Superior leadership that I observed was impeccable and flat out second to none, and the Service Advisor actions were a direct reflection of his Superior leadership. More

My first contact was Robert Sawyer and he was kind, honest, and straightforward. Truthfully, I didn't think it would work from so far away but I am thrilled we were successful. Negotiations were always respectful, kind, honest, and to the point. Travis from finance never pushed crazy add-ons or insurance that I didn't need. Everyone was the best! In the end, we came to an amazing price that included Landers bringing my truck 1,000 miles and picking up the trade. I signed at my own kitchen table! It was the best experience you could imagine.
