Among all the other issues service department the worse Don't bother getting an appointment because the drive ups with no appointment still goes ahead of you. Also had the manager tell me if I bought a Titan from the dealership they would set me up with a free service program for first 2 yearsand that also was a lie. Do your self a favor so elsewhere. Seeking out the buyer I had visited the dealership some 3 mths ago and was not satisfied when I left. He called Mr Patterson ..and both of them drove down to my previous employment setting me only to get a phone number. Even though I WAS NOT looking to buy a new car at THIS time I agreed to come down and look at it anyway. After several days of back and forth over numbers they finally got me to sign the papers and I can't be happier. My boyfriend on the other hand not so much.😍He's having to learn to like the car as he's a tall man and it's a small car 😱 More

Best Car buying experience ever!!! Recently purchased a used Truck from Landers Nissan. While I was there, we also traded my wife's car in on a New Nissan Rouge. My salesman, Deon Joh Recently purchased a used Truck from Landers Nissan. While I was there, we also traded my wife's car in on a New Nissan Rouge. My salesman, Deon Johnson was by far the best sales person I have ever had the opportunity to work with. He was very understanding and listened to our needs. This happened during the purchase of my used truck. He did not pressure us at all on the trade in of her car, simply listened to our needs and concerns. We worked with Sylvester Redix on the finance portion of the transaction. He was also great and very helpful on the purchase. Deon asked if we were ok with another sales person going over our new Rouge with us and we were fine with that. At this point we met Devon Richardson. He went over the features of the vehicle and did an outstanding job explaining it to us. Very knowledgeable with Nissan's products! These guys knocked it out of the park with exceptional service! I will recommend them as well as Landers Nissan in the future!!! More
