Told me 3 days and it wound up being 10 days. I was not informed of this until I called after 5 days to see what was up. They told me then that they had not even started on my car. I was told they would ‘help me out’ on the rental I had to get from them. They did nothing. Billed for spark plugs and the labor, But the mechanic that did the work told me that they did not change any spark plugs because I had new ones. They did not bother to take this off of my bill More
