Pedro Delacruz and Brian Dameron were amazing to work with. I went in with a very vague idea of what I wanted, and Pedro nailed it. He was extremely personable and professional. He took a genuine interest in our experience. It really was one of the best transactions I’ve experienced as a consumer. As far as the car goes, it’s really nice. It fits our family perfectly. The gas mileage is ridiculously amazing, it has all the safety features you could want and is aesthetically pleasing. I got a Corolla Hybrid. I highly recommend this car. It’s very easy to drive and has the best visibility. While it’s great for my family, this would also be a great car for any new drivers you might have. Thank you Pedro and Brian for such a great experience! More
Not happy with oil change. Skye Moler checked me in. Must have gone to lunch, disappeared shortly after. Waited about hour and 15 minutes. Had an appointment. Finally, walked over and asked Tony Gutierrez about my car and how long an oil change took. (Have had much less time oil changes before.). He said my paperwork had been sitting over to the side and it was on his desk. Pretty soon he then checked me out. I told him I saw LOTS OF EMPLOYEES walking all around. It looks like this could have been prevented to me. Don’t you think? More

I spent 3 hours waiting on for an oil change. I would probably still be there if I hadn’t asked if there was a problem. I was told that they hadn’t started on it because they didn’t have a stub t I would probably still be there if I hadn’t asked if there was a problem. The guy that accepted my car told me that I would need it to get my vehicle. I talked to the manager and he said that I was the only the second one that had happened to in 3 months. Thanks not acceptable when you’re the person it happens to. I feel 1 star is being generous for my experience. I will no longer be using your dealership in the future. I will pay my local tire store for this service. You can have your Toyota Care. More
