Landers Toyota NWA is great. They are very upfront with the customer about what they are paying for and what their options are. They did have a warrenty and service add on that they offered at time of purchase, but unlike other dealerships they don’t put it on there and expect you to ask them to take it off. Trenton was one of the best sales people I have ever worked with. He was personable and helpful. He listened to what we were looking for and made recommendations based on that. He informed us about all our options and helped us try to get something with everything we were looking for. He even looked up aftermarket options and got us quotes on how much it would cost to bundle that into the purchase. We reserved a car that had not arrived yet and he kept us well informed of the status. Most importantly, he wasn't pushy. He allowed us to figure out what we wanted to do and didn't pressure us in any direction. More
