The wrong part was received, and I had to wait a second day for pick up. During this time, no one bothered to take the time to wash my car. Why not? That would have been excellent customer service, especially to make up for not confirming the part was correct when the order was received the first time and having myself, as the customer, wait a second day. My son's Kia was in the KiA shop, and their customer service was FAR better than Toyota's. Disappointed. I will not be purchasing my new car next year from you. Absolutely disappointed. More
