The service is usually always good when I go to Steve landers but unfortunately they lost a lug nut and I didn’t notice until the next day. This caused me some inconvenience, but they were able to replac landers but unfortunately they lost a lug nut and I didn’t notice until the next day. I brought in a car for warranty updates and a tune up. My experience was good until I went to pick up my car. My car was off the road for a year so I was expecting there would be some work needed to be done experience was good until I went to pick up my car. My car was off the road for a year so I was expecting there would be some work needed to be done on it. I talked to two people about this. I received my car with the warranty updates and little else done. The battery was dead and not replaced. No one communicated that I had a dead battery. Thankfully I noticed the employee starting my battery but it’s basic courtesy to inform someone of this fact. I was expecting to spend money to get my car back to road condition but your lack of costumer service and attention to detail is unacceptable. I’ve called to ask what was done and haven’t received a reply. I plan to never return to your establishment after this experience. More
