I would not return to this dealer. Tim, one of their representatives, ignored our request to only look at the rear brakes, instead managing to come up with $5,600 worth of unnecessary charges. If we had representatives, ignored our request to only look at the rear brakes, instead managing to come up with $5,600 worth of unnecessary charges. If we hadn’t know what we needed, and had instead trusted him, we would’ve been scammed out of $5,000 in unnecessary “repairs.” He then avoided us when we came to ask about what could cost so much, and only came to speak with us as we left to tell my sister she was a liar and that he had quoted an entirely different price. Seth was, in contrast, incredibly helpful, and walked us through the potential charges to make sure we got what we needed done. If everyone there was like Seth, this would have been a glowing review. Instead, I would never recommend this place to anyone. More
