Will never take my vehicle back to Steve Landers NWA. Terrible and dishonest customer service. Charged a double diagnostic fee and spent over 4 hours “trying” to figure out what was wrong, then quoted us Terrible and dishonest customer service. Took our car to a different and highly rated auto shop who figured out what was wrong and fixed it in under an hour. Paid less than $100 for peace of mind and honesty. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. More

Recently got 4 new tires and spent nearly $1000. My vehicle was given back to me with white sticky foam all around the rim of each tire. It took me a good half hour tp 45 minutes to wipe it all off as vehicle was given back to me with white sticky foam all around the rim of each tire. It took me a good half hour tp 45 minutes to wipe it all off as it got all over the rims. I was only offered a 25 dollar credit. I felt this was at least worth double that amount. not a good experience. More
