I went for a scheduled oil change. I was about 5 miles away when my oil pressure warning started flashing I immediately pulled into a parking lot. They towed my car back to Toyota someone tightened the fi away when my oil pressure warning started flashing I immediately pulled into a parking lot. They towed my car back to Toyota someone tightened the filter breaking the seal . They tried to call me on m home phone to tell me they saw a puddle under my car when I left. Iwas no home to receive the call. Luckily I had common sense to pull over immediately. Toyota needs to double check their work and not be so concerned and speed of their work! They changed the oil and cleaned up their mess and supposedly drove it to see if was running as it should the only assurance the gave me that the car was running okay for the time being . Not a whole of confidence in Toyota. Now I will be concerned about if There was any damage done and concerned about oil leaks. I have kept all the paperwork and contacted my lawyer just to be on the safe side in case damage manifest from poor service More

Had to bring in to have new part put on. They told be 3-3 1/2 hour wait. Offered me a vehicle for the day or a Lyft. It too 2-1/2 hours so a shorter wait time. Got several apologies.
