Had service on a tire repair, two service calls still not fixed!!! I had to take it to a tire repair shop to get it fixed. When I took the new truck in because the molding on the rear drivers side door was scuffed as well as my airbag light was on. So I already had an appointment to get the rear molding replaced. When I get there and walk in. The gentleman goes what are you here for? I explained to him that I had a 9:30 appointment. And he asks, replaced. When I get there and walk in. The gentleman goes what are you here for? I explained to him that I had a 9:30 appointment. And he asks, what’s the appointment for? I explain that it is to get the rear door window molding replaced. He comes to get me and tell me it’s done. I pack up my laptop. Go out to my truck. Open the rear driver side door to find part of the molding sitting on my rear seat. I realize that it just pops on. However, why didn’t the service tech who worked on my vehicle to this. As for recommending this service center. It depends which service guy you get. I would prefer to work with Chris Johnson from now on. More
