Keep asking for more clarification if needed. Andrew Gates, their superior, is a problem solver, who cuts to the chase. He desires to do the right thing; however, he expects honesty. Have your records, present your case. Be reasonable / respectful. He needs to make sure you are treated fairly and see that his department makes an honest profit. After all, we need a dealership which give quality service to stay in business long enough for our vehicles to reach 750,000 miles or more. (I’m up to 242,725.) More
