I bought my car at this dealership and its under warranty. My car battery was completely dead yesterday . I got it started and took it in for inspection. They claimed my battery is just fine. Ho warranty. My car battery was completely dead yesterday . I got it started and took it in for inspection. They claimed my battery is just fine. How can a fine battery go dead overnight.? They refused to honor the warranty and replace it. I am in my late 70s, i live alone, and having a reliable car is vital to me. The service person was very curt with me and treated me like an old women who he couldnt be bothered with. I was very disappointed with Steve Landers Toyota and will not buy another veicle there where warranties are not honored. More
