Unpleasant Seth was downright nasty after I told him to hold off on replacing my Prius battery so I could research it. Overcharged for a spare key I went in to have a new key made for my car. Initial quote was for 150, when it was done bill was for over 330. They stated it was because I did not have the original key with the FOB on it only the spare key, however, when I called and made the appointment, I explained in detail that I did not have the fob and only had the spare key. You cannot quote somebody one price and then complete the job and say oh by the way you owe me more than double what I quoted, I dont care the reason. Feel like I got jobbed. For sure will be going elsewhere for maintenance on both my toyota cars in the future. For sure when I buy a new toyota, will take my business elsewhere. They made an extra 200 off me this time but will lose tens of thousands over the long term with me taking my business elsewhere. More
