They never fixed it right in the first car and now I'm having the same problems with the new car. Landers service told they never had any problems with the USB or radios. I called Fayetteville Toyota and they said THEY HAD SOME PROBLEMS and if I would bring in my car they would check it out. At least they admitted some problems. More than I can say for Landers service dept. They jerked me around for a long time. I was in there for that same problem several times. I live 45 miles away and it's not like I can just run across the street to get there and then get nothing done! I was at the service dept. the day after I purchased my new car to talk to them about this radio. I sat in the service driveway for over 30 minutes waiting for Jason to come talk to me as he said he would. After sitting there that long, Jason sent a man out to tell me to go home and call for an appointment. Said he was too busy to come out and talk to me. VERY POUR SERVICE as far as I'm concerned!!!! Made me feel like, I already purchased my car so they will talk to me when they are ready. More

Quick, professional, friendly I came in for a recall on my car that had to be done in two steps. Both steps for completed faster than I was told and the wait was quite comfortable.
