Made our day! After getting the courtesy code reading from our local Oreilly Auto parts and suggestion to contact our Toyota Dealer, we were rather down. We called After getting the courtesy code reading from our local Oreilly Auto parts and suggestion to contact our Toyota Dealer, we were rather down. We called you folks and from the beginning, the nice lady got us set up with an appointment that fit our schedule. She was very professional and willing to hear our needs and met them without delay. When we came in for our appointment, the preliminaries went like clockwork. Of course we were caught a bit off guard when we received the estimate, but Seth was very thorough and helpful with our concerns. Seth offered to give us a ride if we wanted to go back home and wait for the work to be completed but although our address is Rogers, our home is about 25 miles out, so we elected to wait in your waiting area.. Our wait was several hours, but the waiting area was comfortable and well equipped with courtesy drinks and snacks., so we made it just fine. The lady that takes care of the waiting area does a great job. The drinks and snacks never got to a low point and she was all about maintaining the area in a very neat and clean state. When Seth came and let us know we were ready, I asked if you give a veteran's discount. Immediately, Seth (he's a keeper) gave me a good firm handshake and appreciation for my service along with a smile and yes sir we do. So although we spent a bit more than we would have liked, all is good, due to the quality of the people in your orginization and their desire to be of service to your customers.
