The car was not ready for sale (As I promised) After making a deal on line for the 2018 Mazda 6 I drove 3 hours to pick up the car. After my arrival and paperwork was complete. This was when I f After making a deal on line for the 2018 Mazda 6 I drove 3 hours to pick up the car. After my arrival and paperwork was complete. This was when I found out one of the key fobs was lost and they only had one for the car. This was unacceptable to me. The car was purchased for my daughter and if that one is misplaced the cost to replace and reprogram in some cases over $1700. I was sent to a Sam's Club parking lot for about an hour in the next town for a replacement key fob but the technician could not get it programed. The advertised Navigation system was in-operational. The SIM/SD card needed for this system was not in the car and misplaced. I did not know this until I was on the road for the 3 hour drive back home. This SD / SIM card is priced at $395.00 from the dealership. I did have the dealership here program the key and have requested the $120 reimbursement. The salesman has promised me reimbursement and a $395 replacement S/D card is ordered and is to be mailed to me. My feelings may change after this matter has been resolved. (Waiting on the Mailman). The Mail-man arrived today as promised!! My man Troy Currens Kept his word so I am keeping mine!! Troy said he would work his tail off to make sure I was taken care of. I don't know if he has any left but I received the S/D card on Friday and the GPS works great. Today I received the check for having the key programed. I Had the car checked out before the long drive to Tallahassee, Florida for my daughter's last year of Grad school both thumbs up Landers Toyota and Troy Currens. :>) Thank You Guys!! More

Buying experience on a Jeep I had a very good experience on buying a Jeep remotely. I live 4 hours away and everything was done online or over the phone. Lex did an excellent job walking me through the process and he felt like my advocate on what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. He was also there to answer questions even when he was away from the dealership. It took some time to get an agreement but in the end I got the Jeep I wanted. Michael has helped me with the financing and put together everything with few issues. I am just really excited to get my new vehicle. The only issue I had was it took some time to get an agreement but I am always prepared for that when buying a vehicle. Thanks again. More
