Very poor experience I found a used Ford Expedition that matched what I was looking for at the dealership. I was only able to view the SUV after work hours and it took s I found a used Ford Expedition that matched what I was looking for at the dealership. I was only able to view the SUV after work hours and it took several attempts to test drive the truck as an employee was using it for personal use, despite us setting up a few appointments. We made the deal and was told the there should be two sets of remote access keys. When I picked up the SUV, I found there was only one. Also, the door codes for entry were not with the paperwork. I was told that figuring this out was on me. It will now cost me over $300 to have the the Ford dealer order a second key faub and obtain the door code. The whole experience was as if they didn't care about Customer service - they just wanted to sell the car and get me out of there. I have no intentions on ever buying a car or truck from them again More

Where is the customer service? Three upper management guys walked individually very close by me and never looked at me nor smiled. I felt like I was an invisible person who was JUST having a $514.00 service job done to help them get a bigger fatter performance bonus. Lead by example! Great leaders develope great followers. Unprepared and unresponsive I needed a part replaced. I had to call and check up on it when they failed to call me and tell me it was in. They were supposed to provide me with a I needed a part replaced. I had to call and check up on it when they failed to call me and tell me it was in. They were supposed to provide me with a loaner car since the part was under warranty. I explained at length that I needed a vehicle that accommodated three small children in car seats. They had nothing available when I arrived. Somehow, they scrounged up a highlander and somehow made me feel as though I was the problem. They also made it clear that the vehicle had to be brought back by 6pm that night whether or not my vehicle was ready. WhAt a pain to have to transfer all three car seats three times would have been! Luckily, my van was ready by 5:40pm. The service advisors were friendly but terribly unaccomidating. I cannot stand working with this dealership and probably will avoid it in future. More
