The service was terrific, but too many people scheduled I"d love to give you 5 stars, but I scheduled my appointment for 7am on Saturday, arrived at 5 minutes before 7am, and I was already 8th in line. I really think you're scheduling too many appointments for the same time. The service and all the people were wonderful! More

Took Notch Service Don’t know if I can say enough good things about the way I was treated by Jason Jones and the service team at Steve Landers in Rogers. Let me start b Don’t know if I can say enough good things about the way I was treated by Jason Jones and the service team at Steve Landers in Rogers. Let me start by saying my Avalon began throwing A CEL about 6 months ago. I had previously taken it in for service at my regular dealership in Texas. They just cleared the light charged me $140 and told me the problem was probably bad gas. I am temporarily living in NW Arkansas and once again the car had CEL. I realized that my extended Toyota platinum warranty was expiring in the next few weeks and decided to have the car serviced here. This was my first time in the dealership. I explained the situation to Jason and he assured me they would figure this out and not just reset codes. They found two problems including a bad coil and O2 sensors that were causing misfires and P0420 codes. Both were repaired under warranty. I feel very fortunate that I walked into this dealership and found Jason. They treated me better than my regular dealership. Like a very valued customer. More
