They take forever to do the work and don't give timely updates. However, that has always been the case. I got 4 new tires put on in 2017 and only one of my tires went bad this week due to what looks lime excessive wear. I took it to this dealer and they said that tire was not one they put on in 2017. I have not had another tire put on and it looks identical to the other 3 tires. They said it was a 2012 tire according to the DOT number while their documents show that they put on all 2017 tires. So, they will charge me for a new tire because they didn't put the bad one on (according to their documentation). I am getting a new tire from a different place and will always check to make sure that the DOT numbers match after getting 4 new tires put on. The mistake could innocently happen but this service center just won't accept that it could have been a mistake with their mechanics and/or documentation. By the way, the DOT numbers are located inside the tire. So, not convenient to a normal person to double check their work for what they paid for. So, I didn't check the DOT numbers after they put tires on the car, and now I will be out another $150 for a tire. They weren't willing to honor their 2 Year warranty, and so I will not be going back. More
Quick and excellent service. Arrived when service center opened and left in about 40 minutes. Donuts were available for eating during my wait. I was able to watch service. The young men in financial services were very courteous and efficient in resolving my problem. I had contacted another dealership when I received a refinance letter from Toyota to resolve a balloon note after talking to Toyota Financial. The other dealership had no one to help me when I visited the dealership. I explained that I was a senior citizen, don't drive a great deal, and have low mileage on my Toyota RAV4. They suggested that I might want to go to my local bank. My nephew had worked at a dealership previously and told me to call Mr. Kordsmeir at Landers Toyota. He and the financial staff, offered to help me with a new vehicle they understood my circumstances and efficiently helped me refinance. I was very happy to resolve the issue and will definitely go back to Landers Toyota for other vehicle needs for me and my family. More
