Sales and sales managers are great, Service and parts people are great to deal with, however my beef is when having my tundra service i was quoated 3 different prices that is unacceptable. The overall experience was alright. I say that because after driving a few hundred miles I went under the hood of my Tacoma just to find my oil dip stick not fully in, the air filter no I say that because after driving a few hundred miles I went under the hood of my Tacoma just to find my oil dip stick not fully in, the air filter not fully in place, and the positive battery cover not on. I also had the TRD Air filter and assembly which was not serviced/cleaned, which was part of the 30k service I requested, because they claimed it was a K&N filter. I never had a problem with the dealer until this service interval. More
