Largo Honda is only rated 5 stars because of Michael Garcia. He’s the best in the service department! I’ve done over two surveys and stated that he is in need of a promotion and definitely a raise! Only way he could be rewarded for such outstanding service with his customers. Michael is very welcoming, his appointments are always as scheduled no wait time, he’s very knowledgeable and patient. He thoroughly explains everything and your car is ready as promised. He walks you through step by step of the process. He has a great personality and treats you like family. When I book an appointment, I check to see if Michael is a service advisor on the date and if he isn’t, I book an appointment for when he is available. Great asset to Largo Honda! More
