It was my first time and probably the last one. I went for a safety recall notice I received via mail. I had made an appointment to avoid any unnecessary delay as I went in the middle of day during ny lu for a safety recall notice I received via mail. I had made an appointment to avoid any unnecessary delay as I went in the middle of day during ny lunch time. I even called the day before to ensure everything was in place. Despite of arriving on time to my appointment, I had to wait for about 15-20 mins outside for somebody to acknowledge my presence ( it is a glass window and I’ m not a short, skinny huy ) after going to the from desk and having a manager talk to the guys and see who was free to take my case. Somebody coming outside and providing some reassurance would have been nice. Then, another 20 mins or so went by waiting to get my information in the system as I had never been there before ( Keep in mind, I called the day before to confirm everything was in place ....) Other than that, the place was fine bit you can tell there is not a customer-centered culture im this place. More
