My wife was thoroughly impressed by Rogers' professionalism that we waited three days before coming back to take our car off the lot just to ensure that she received 100% of the credit. She was awesome and wouldn't change a thing. We did have an issue however with miscommunication between the management staff. The first day we were there one of the managers assured us a particular apr however when we came back several days later another manager gave us a different and higher apr than what was previously promised. After much haggling and threatening to leave with the money on hand the manager worked out with the owner of the dealership to knock down the sticker price of the car to compensate for the higher apr. More
