What a great experience I leased my last Honda (civic) three years ago. I decided to come back because I really loved my car. This time....I leased a Honda (accord) & so fa I leased my last Honda (civic) three years ago. I decided to come back because I really loved my car. This time....I leased a Honda (accord) & so far I love it. I was very impressed with my salesman Paul Lozano, he did such a great job. He has the "patience of a saint", trust me when I say....he was so great. I came from Fort Lauderdale, Florida to meet with Paul, because he had been recommended by my brother. Low & behold...the day I arrived to meet with Paul, my brother & my father drove up from the Florida Keys to assist me with the leasing process. Not only did Paul have to deal with pleasing me, he had the capability of making all of us comfortable & eager to please all of us at the same time. There is a lot to be said, pleasing all of us at the same time! I came back the following day to return two sets of keys from my previous lease. Paul greeted my outside...as if he was waiting for me. He was aware I was coming, but again....he rolled out the red carpet - again. He showed me a few things in my new car, that I was unaware of. It is so nice to have a new car & know how to use it. Lease Last Saturday afternoon 6/03/17, as my Wife and youngest Daughter went looking for a Lease, your sales Person Julio Casanova; drove us to where you ke Last Saturday afternoon 6/03/17, as my Wife and youngest Daughter went looking for a Lease, your sales Person Julio Casanova; drove us to where you kept the new 2017 Honda Civics and showed us and explained the different type of Civics and what features they offered, to Anthony Ruiz, Business Manager (who gave us all the numbers which we were comfortable with and in turn we agreed to) and last we sat down with Deon Sugrim, your Internet Sales Manager prior to taking our new Car out the door. Deon sat down with my Daughter and explained all the features this Honda Civic had to offer and programed it with her, we left right around 9:00 pm, Deon never complained of how late in was specially for a Saturday. Never thought that Leasing a Car would be this easy, extremely happy with our new Lease. Thank you very much. We feel that we were treated with high regard and given the best price possible, made my Daughter very Happy! I commend you for having three Great Individuals working for you. More
