Bought a silver 2024 5th gen 4Runner at American Toyota in February and had a pleasant experience making the purchase. No hard sell tactics or shady last minute adds ons to the price. Izek and Armando were our sales agents and they were at the top of their game. With no 2024 4Runners in stock on the lot, Izek located one to our specs that was "in transit" from the Long Beach Port and we put down a deposit for it. Once it arrived, both salesmen were there to greet us and Armando did a terrific job spending about half an hour carefully showing me all the important details of operation on the new SUV, including exactly how it moves into and out of 4H/4L and such. Couldn't ask for a better set of salesmen or a better dealership to make the deal. Giving them 5-Stars for making it such a smooth purchase and not subjecting us to all the horror stories some people encounter at other dealerships. More
