Bad service responded

Hello there Mr. General Manager. Thank you so much for taking the time to not only send me a generic response but also for sending me the same general phone number I used for two days in an attempt to reach you. Your staff was great in giving me the run-around about your whereabouts & made it impossible to speak to you, which is why you’ve probably given me the same number. Had I been able to speak to you, I would not have bothered w/this negative yet accurate review.
