I had been shopping on line for a Chrysler Pacifica, and found one on Larry H Millers Surprise website. Not sure how we got connected, but I was contacted by Jason Wiler. I had made my decision a block after we drove out of the lot. Jason was so through in showing me the details of the car. Features I had in my previous car that I purchased from another dealer that they never showed me. We then sat down to negotiate, I was given a fair value for my trade in, Jason brought me into meet my finance officer Travis. I had been pre-approved, and Travis honored the rate I had my pre approval for even thought rates had gone up a bit. I had a minor issue with the car, Jason immediately said he could schedule an appointment for service for me. Brian greeted my as soon as I pulled in to the dealership and took a lot of time to explain the 60K service. He gave me an estimate of the costs and a very reasonable time frame for the repairs. He contacted me when the work was done and the bill was within a couple of dollars and it was done right on time. Brian went though all of the service work and discussed future items.
