So, for me, purchasing a vehicle has always been a stressful endeavor as I carry negative bios based on prior experiences. Yes, everyone generally starts off helpful and pleasant as expected when entering the sales process but then everything changes when you hit the bargaining table. In short, this was not my experience despite my preconceived notions and expectations. Throughout the bargaining process, everything was kept extremely transparent and easy to understand. Furthermore, 15 to 20 minutes after we had already agreed to a final price/monthly payment Pat and Jeff actually came back with a lower payment then agreed to despite not being prompted to do so. They literally freely elected to give me a better deal as a direct result of working with Justin, the manager on duty at the time. Never have I experienced nor expected such an outcome post final price agreement. The "why" to this I can only presume is based on this dealership's internal management style, no-pressure approach, and overall commitment to changing the car buying experience. This is the type of customer service I thought had died a long time ago but indeed I stand corrected. I love my 2022 G70 & would recommend Larry H Miller Peoria to anybody, seriously! I had an appointment for 9:20 to take care of a minor recall. Appointment was schedule a week ago. Since then I’ve received at least 10 text messages reminding me of the appointment. I show up today and am told that it will be between 3 and 4 hours. I asked the purpose of 9:20 appointment and was told “that put me in the queue. I was also told how lucky I was to get an appointment because other dealers were 3 to 4 weeks out. I would have been fine with 3 to 4 weeks out. I asked why they couldn’t have just moved my appointment 3 hours later and got no response. Obviously this dealership believes their time is much more valuable than mine. More
