I wasn't sure what car I wanted, but was looking to test a few particular cars. Caleb Cooke was the BEST. He made sure I was kept up to date on all the info and when cars came in. This was our first experience with the Larry Miller team. WOW! I think this is by far the best dealership in the Valley! We purchased our Santa Fe Calligraphy with the guidance of Christien Brundage who was WOW! I think this is by far the best dealership in the Valley! We purchased our Santa Fe Calligraphy with the guidance of Christien Brundage who was so easy to work with. He is so knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I listed our needs, and he knew exactly what model we needed. He answered all our questions in a way that we fully understood the vehicle. We did have one question he couldn't answer: Does our Calligraphy require premium gas? He immediately found our answer (No.) and we were impressed with his "go-to" attitude! We couldn't help but notice what a happy team this is. Everyone greeted us with smiles and make sure that we were well cared for. It's great to know we have a dealership that's there for us! Five stars? Not enough!!! More

When I went to pick up my car after a 2 month long wait, I discovered that A) there was ~$1400 in port-installed "options" which can't be refused or were mentioned ahead of time (I get that this isn't in th I discovered that A) there was ~$1400 in port-installed "options" which can't be refused or were mentioned ahead of time (I get that this isn't in their control, but they could have said something when giving an initial price); and B) that they had padded the price by yet another $1900 with stuff THEY installed, without ever mentioning or asking me if I wanted. $500 for "Vehicle Theft Assistance"? $400 for non-ceramic tint that'll have to be ripped off and replaced? "CRYSTAL FUSION" for another $500??? Another $300 for "DRIVE PUR SANITIZATION"? And, I kid you not, $49 for nitrogen in the tires. I got stuck paying for this garbage. I'm hoping others will see my review and know to watch out for this. More

When I called in with my car with no ac. The service manager wanted me to wait til Monday for the ac making noises. I think this was the best car dealership experience I have ever had. Jake our salesperson is more than just a salesman. He was like a friend who was just guiding us through a purchase.
