The car came in about a week earlier than expected and I had asked that everything be ready when we arrived as we were heading back home the same day. Austin had everything set and ready to go and it was a pretty quick and easy process. The only other person we really dealt with was Nick, the finance guy, and he as well was a no pressure individual doing his best to make it quick and easy. In fact, I have never seen a finance person not push, push, push addons, but Nick did not even try, my wife was the one that stopped the process and asked questions.
