Austin Parker was great finding exactly what I wanted and helping me every step of the way. I live in Yuma so everything was arranged by phone and email. I worked with Jay Carley and his team and I have never had a better experience - esp this case Larry H. Miller Toyota Peoria was exceptionally GOOD! I worked with Jay Carley and his team and I have never had a better experience - especially after the sale (and I have been buying cars for nearly 40 years). I always get great service before the purchase but its after the purchase I learn what the dealership is really like. Although I won't go into details, I will admit I was a difficult customer. After the purchase I had numerous unforeseeable issues arise and in each instance Jay calmly helped me work through them. He is a very pleasant problem solver!
