Fantastic experience really felt like my advisor Krysta cared about me and my car, I will never go anywhere else to service my vehicle. We had a 10:00 appointment and told our oil change and tire rotation could take up to 3 hours. We let them know I had a 1:00 medical appointment. Tim took over and reassured us he personally would get us tire rotation could take up to 3 hours. We let them know I had a 1:00 medical appointment. Tim took over and reassured us he personally would get us out within 90 mins. He also rubbed out some black marks on tne back side of our car at no extra charge. Shakoda personally made sure everything was done and we were out in less than 90 mins. They both were very kind and personal and efficient. Bravo for tremendous service especially in these days of so many employees cutting corners. More
