Professional and Excellent Customer Service Came in for my 40,000 service on my 2016 Sienna, and went home in a mid 2019 Highlander thanks to the superior and professional customer service of Ro Came in for my 40,000 service on my 2016 Sienna, and went home in a mid 2019 Highlander thanks to the superior and professional customer service of Ron Rattray, his general manager and finance manager DeLuca (could be misspelled). Ron came to me sitting in the waiting room for my vehicle to be completed. He asked if I would consider trading in my Sienna for a new vehicle. I told him probably not as I truly liked my Sienna as it had all the bells and whistles and it was paid for. He showed me a new Limited Highlander with all the bells and whistles and asked me what it would take for me to drive it home that day. I told him. Ron and his general manager made it happen without any pressure. I am shocked as the efficiency they concluded the transaction. Bravo to all!! More

Subpar customer service Found the car we wanted online . Inquired if it was still available to one of the sales reps who assured me it was still available. We immediately went to the showroom and was informed that it had already been sold 2 hours ago. Did find another car that met our needs and agreed to a cash offer. We were then abandoned waiting for a closer. After 45 minutes, our sales rep got us another closer. We took possession of the car and were told that one of the key fobs was missing but sales rep assured me he would get another one. Have called twice and waited three weeks but still no key fob. Surprisingly poor customer service Follow up: Just after I submitted this review, got a call from the sales rep who set a time for key fob delivery. Need to retract the last part of this review More
