He made sure that all of our questions are answered and our experience enjoyable. In addition, he was willing to share his life story which we found remarkable. He shared that he is a cancer survivor and that Larry Miller Toyota was there to support him during his battle with cancer. His story touched my wife and I. This is the second time we purchase a new car with Larry H. Miller Toyota Peoria. With inspiring team members like Edwin Wanta in their team and their continued support to their employees made us feel good about doing business with them and certainly will buy cars again from them in the future as well as recommend their dealership to our family and friends. Edwin went above and beyond I went to sun city west to purchase a table and the hatch on the Toyota Highlander wasn’t working and the dashboard was showing a hazard sign and I co I went to sun city west to purchase a table and the hatch on the Toyota Highlander wasn’t working and the dashboard was showing a hazard sign and I couldn’t drive back home to Mesa with it partially open. I called Larry miller Toyota and I was lucky to get Edwin on the line. I was frantic and he calmly tried to talk me through it but I couldn’t figure out what to do. Edwin said he would come to where I was to help me. While I was waiting a woman came out of her home and said she figured out what was wrong and it turned out to be exactly what Edwin had said on the phone. After she rectified the problem I immediately called The dealership but Edwin was.already on his way. The gentleman said he would text Edwin to let him know. Edwin is an awesome human being an exemplary employee. He went above and beyond. He’s one in a million. I can’t say enough about this wonderful person. Thank u Edwin More
Horrible Experience! My husband and I had gone to look at the Tacoma Sport 2018's last saturday. We talked with one of the salesmen for awhile and as we left he gave us h My husband and I had gone to look at the Tacoma Sport 2018's last saturday. We talked with one of the salesmen for awhile and as we left he gave us his card and said to call him if we have any questions. We decided on the following Friday to compare the Tacoma Sports, Off Roads and Limited all with the upgraded packages as we were told by him they had them on the lot. My husband specifically asked the salesman we had worked with to have all three lined up together the next day so we could check them out without wandering all over the lot. He also made sure the salesman knew we wanted Silver and the complete upgraded packaging in all three vehicles. He mentioned it twice. We made the appointment to see him the following morning at 10:00 a.m. He told us that he would have what we wanted ready when we got there. When we arrived on Saturday morning just before 10:00 a.m. a young man was pulling up a third Tacoma next to two others. Our salesman was busy with other customers and had the Sales Manager and another sales person handle us. Two of the Tacomas did not have what we wanted. No upgraded packaging. The third was a limited, however, it was not the color we wanted and it was not a Sport. We asked for a Silver Sport with all the upgraded packaging and again was told there was one on the lot, it even had step rails and a tonneau cover like the one we wanted to trade in. The salesman indicated that was not his job to find the vehicle but he would have someone get it for us. We waited for them to find it. They brought back one of the 3 trucks we just looked at without any of the afore mentioned items. We told them we had already looked at that. They then said to please wait and they would check again. It was already 10:30 and we were still waiting. We got up to leave and told them we were not happy and this was why we called the day before and asked the salesman to have the vehicles ready for us so we would not have to wait around. They told us there were not any Silver, Tacoma 2018 4x4s with the upgraded packaging anywhere in the state. We were walking out and the sales manager said to the other salesman "You can't please everyone" in a sarcastic tone. The other salesman yelled at us "Hey" several car lengths across and very rudely said "there isn't any in the state but if one comes in we will let you know". Needless to say we did not appreciate their rude behavior much less being passed off by the original salesman for other customers. Subsequently we contacted Right Toyota in Scottsdale and was told they had what we wanted. We went to their dealership and sure enough, they had the Silver 2018, Tacoma, Sport 4x4 with the upgraded packaging. We purchased that vehicle from Right Toyota that afternoon in a cash deal. We feel that the Sales manager and salesman at Larry Miller Toyota of Peoria were not being honest with us and we also felt they were giving us the old "Bait & Switch" routine. We felt like we had been taken advantage of and our time wasted. We will not go back to them to buy another vehicle again. My husband is 62 years old and I am 60 years old. My husband has purchased over 45 cars and motorcycles and recently just purchased a 2018 Lexus LC500. During all those transactions my husband has never been treated so disrespectfully./ More

Chris took care of the maintenance and a few other issues in a very timely fashion and we were on our way. We did not expect to be waiting so did not bring an iPad or book. We would like to offer a suggestion for the waiting area. It would be nice and would pass the time better if you were to purchase one newspaper like USA Today and make some copies of the puzzles to have available. The magazine selection was less than stellar. More
